Strength North of 50 isn’t for everyone. I created it exclusively for hardworking, successful men 50 and up who want to take some of the drive that got them where they are in business and apply it to strength and fitness. I’m not interested in wasting time with half-hearted participants. I only train the dedicated. HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1) Email me at rob@manfactorytraining.com or call 705.210.0376. We'll schedule a FREE introductory 2-way video coaching session where I'll give you an overview of what you'll learn from me. If you’re a good fit for the program and have your doctor's permission to lift weights, you'll sign you up for one of the two plans below using this online registration form.

 

STEP 2) I’ll send you my eBook, “Homegrown Strength: How to Build the Perfect Home Gym”, giving you the knowledge needed to set up your own fully equipped strength training facility if you choose, freeing yourself forever from having to drive to a fitness centre and share equipment with sweaty strangers. Prefer going to a gym? No problem - the program still works just the same.

 

STEP 3) Once your lifting equipment is set up or your gym membership solidified, we’ll pick a date and time for a 2-way video chat during which I’ll teach you to safely perform the squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press, plus assistance exercises, properly and safely. This usually takes two 1-hour video chat sessions. 

 

STEP 4) I’ll create your custom workout and diet plan (if you opt for it), based on your goals and available time.

 

STEP 5) After you’ve learned the basics via live video chat, you’ll start recording your workouts on your phone, tablet, or camcorder, and sending the videos to me. I’ll give you rapid feedback on your form: what looks good, what looks bad, and exactly how to make the necessary adjustments. We’ll keep doing video chat once a week so to analyze your progress and make adjustments as needed.

  

STEP 6) We keep going, making adjustments to your workouts and diet as needed, until you’re as strong and fit as you want to be.
