6 Months of Squats: June - November 2018

For those of you interested in barbells and lifting heavy, I've got a very simple, hopefully inspirational video for you today. It's a string of clips of me squatting over the past 6 months or so, and making some pretty decent progress in my squat strength. As you'll see if you watch to the end, I didn't always hit my goals, but that's part of getting strong and part of the sport of powerlifting. Click below to watch.
